December 21, 2023 - All TCRC Local Chairs- CPKC Eastern and Western Regions - Bulletin 3
Your TCRC Negotiating Committee were scheduled to meet with CPKC over three days (December 18, 19, 20) in Eastern Canada.The Company continued with their demands, which includes removal of many long standing Collective Agreement provisions.
There remains much discussion to address the Union’s (your) demands and concerns respecting all matters at hand.
We have set aside the last week of January 2024 to continue negotiations, and we will continue to schedule dates with the Company as necessary.
As we maintain these initial processes, unfortunately there is not much more we can report at this time.
Following each session, we will provide you with an updated bulletin. Please distribute these documents to ensure the membership is kept apprised of any developments.
