Over Hours - $80 payments

		Sisters and Brothers,
There is a dispute regarding the
entitlement of the $80 payment to employees that have given notice and
are forced to work over 10 hours after reaching the OMTS, performing yard
	   work & on roadswitchers.
It should be noted that this issue is
currently in dispute and the company maintains that these are not
payable. Notwithstanding, the company has agreed to hold the IP claims of
this nature in abeyance until the matter is resolved. Below you will find
4 bulletins that outline the circumstances that the union feels the $80
is payable to members. Please be governed by the instructions that
	   pertain to your circumstances.
